These Terms of Service govern your use of the Celestial Creations by Carly online store and any purchase you make from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

About us

This store is operated by Celestial Creations by Carly, an Alberta, Canada business. The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products to you. Questions can be sent to celestialcreationscarly@gmail.com.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract in your province or territory, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity, interfere with its security, or attempt unauthorized access.

Products and handmade variations

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Natural stones can vary in colour, pattern, shape, texture, and inclusions, and handmade pieces can have small differences. These variations are part of each piece's character and are not defects.

Many pieces are one of a kind or made in very limited quantities. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the order total are shown at checkout before payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. Payment services may be provided by Shopify and other third-party payment processors under their own terms and privacy practices.

Orders

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because an item is unavailable, pricing or product information was incorrect, payment could not be verified, or fraud or misuse is suspected. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item or order.

Please review your order and contact celestialcreationscarly@gmail.com promptly if you need to request a correction. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once preparation or shipping has begun.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within Canada only. Processing times, shipping options, charges, delivery estimates, tracking, and address responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns, refunds, and damaged items

Returns, final-sale items, damaged or incorrect orders, return-shipping responsibilities, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be limited or waived.

Intellectual property

The store's branding, written content, photographs, product designs, graphics, and other original materials belong to Celestial Creations by Carly or are used with permission. You may view the store for personal shopping purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestial Creations by Carly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products.
